“ Impeccable in every way! We couldn't think of a better place to celebrate our anniversary. The front of house was warm and welcoming and had everything ready for us. The Valet staff is always on point. All of our starters were delicious but I was surprised by how much I loved the beets. The calamari had a delightful crunch, and of course, the Caesar alla ZZ speaks for itself (while the croutons sing). The spicy rig was perfect, as always. I can't see a trip to Vino or Carbone without it. I was thrilled when our waiter arrived with the box of truffles for our tortellini. He let me pick one, and added it to our dish table side! The Salmon Oreganata was absolutely divine, I'm so glad we didn't pass on this course! For dessert, all of the compliments to pastry chef Janelle for filling our hearts with decadent lemon cheesecake and delicious carrot cake with ginger gelato. You had me at hello. We throughly enjoyed the Champagne, an Espresso Martini, Negroni (with cynar), and the Limoncello. I'm looking forward to exploring their extensive wine list next time. Salute! ”

“ It is very dark inside when seated at the table, we kept moving at our little table lamp, so we can see what we were eating, servers assistant, that refills, the waters, and things like that, kept moving it back to the middle of the table... Not a real bother, we thought it was kind of quirky and laughed it off. The atmosphere other than that is really amazing. The Caesar salad was delicious, but we felt it was priced a little high for what you get. I normally hate croutons, but these were out of this world . The bread that they bring to the table, specifically the grandma’s bread... I could’ve had a meal out out of that . The spicy rigatoni is a delicious, comfort, food, and not overly spicy at all, just enough for some flavor. My husband loved the sauce that was on his steak, but felt that it. His steak had a lot of fat and gristle. He did not care for the side of squash that he got, it tasted like it had so much butter. We will definitely return for another special occasion. ”

“ From start to finish, our experience at Carbone Dallas was nothing short of exceptional. One thing no one talks about—but absolutely should—is the incredible bread service and the Parmesan cheese wheel they bring to the table for tasting. Such a unique and delicious touch! The service was top-notch; although we weren’t celebrating anything special, the staff made us feel like VIPs the entire night. The attention to detail was impeccable, from opening the doors for us to providing fresh silverware for each course. Now, onto the food—wow! The meatballs were perfection, flavorful and tender. The spicy rigatoni? Absolutely to die for. We were beyond full, but we couldn’t resist the tiramisu for dessert, and we’re so glad we went for it—it was hands down the best we’ve ever had. Moist, rich, and packed with flavor! If you can score a table, do not hesitate! We recommend booking the first available seating of the day for even faster service. We sat down at 6 PM and were out by 7:30 PM, completely satisfied. The dimly lit atmosphere only added to the romantic and intimate vibe, making for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
